Algarve Open House and Art Events

Portugal Property Experts recently hosted two Algarve open house and art exhibitions by renowned local artist Charles Clements. Mr. Clements has undertaken many commissions in the Algarve and is particularly well known for his large and eye-catching canvases of figurative art especially dancers, city scenes and beautifully painted azulejo tiles.

On 12th August his work was on display throughout the house and garden in Valverde. This beautiful 3 bedroom villa has been recently refurbished to a high standard and is well worth a visit. It will be sold with planning permission for a fourth bedroom. The villa borders the exclusive Quinta do Lago resort and is only a five minute walk to Quinta Shopping.



On 18th August there was another chance to see Mr Clement's work in the heart of Vale do Lobo in a tastefully refurbished 3 bedroom townhouse with lovely south facing roof terrace and sea views. It is just a couple of minute's walk from the beach, golf club house and Praca and has excellent potential as a holiday home or for rentals.
